Toulon to Boyer in Burgandy.

The Gardens & grounds of Clos de la Natouze. Our hosts were elderly but charming the lady speaking quite good English.

Electric gated grounds were quite large and well kept!

Huge willow tree in centre of circular drive! Our 996 seen to the left of the house.

We ate in being served a traditional Burgandy meal, which included a Souffle containing escargot & Beef Burgunion.

Our rooms were downstairs on the left side of the house.

The small hamlet of Boyer lays in the valley below.

Our stay at Clos de la Natouze which is located at the left end of the houses seen in the valley below.

We sailed from Porto Torres 15 minutes late and then found out the ferry put into Ajjaccia Corsica on route to Toulon as another passenger transfer port. Due to very very strong winds we had  Very uncomfortable night extremly rough seas, and docked 45 mins late! It was then 300 miles to our 1st overnight on return leg, to accomodation with very nice grounds and a traditional Burgandy evening meal.
